New sending domains were created, email authentication was properly configured (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) and everything was tested before the first campaign launched. This allowed the team to scale outreach without putting their main business communications at risk.

Building Trust Before Sending: Instead of sending emails immediately, we gradually warmed up every mailbox.

This helped establish a healthy sender reputation so inbox providers treated future emails as genuine business communication rather than bulk marketing.

Finding Companies at the Right Time: Rather than contacting every company that matched their ICP, we focused on businesses showing signs that they were actively growing or improving their operations.

Verified decision makers were added only after passing our qualification process, making every campaign far more relevant.
